Conference Room Rates – WASBOPA has secured a special rate of $70/night for all attendees requesting single occupancy and $109/night for double, triple and quad occupancy; tax exempt certificates will be honored.  Please ask for WASBOPA Conference rate when making reservations.  Rooms will be guaranteed if reserved by March 14, 2012.

 

Rooms available starting Saturday, April 14 (limited number set aside for conference attendees on this day)

REGISTRATION FEE AND PAYMENTS

 

School Attendees:         $60 per person “Early Bird” rate if registered by March 14, 2012

$75 per person after March 14 up to April 6, 2012 

            Vendor Attendees:         $350 per person

 

The WASBOPA Steering Committee selects a minimal number of vendors to participate each year.  Please contact us for more information at info@wasbopa.org.  The conference is non-display for vendors, but those attending are welcome to bring company information and promotional items to place on tables set up in the back of the primary meeting room.

 

            Payments

                         

The conference fee includes two half-day sessions, all conference materials and handouts, Monday lunch and dinner reception, Tuesday breakfast buffet, and all refreshment and snack breaks.
